Our precision cleaning technology, which is based on the half a century development of atomization, makes it possible to remove microscopic particles at the sub-micron level with the collision energy of atomized cleaning fluid droplets. The system makes use of a physical cleaning method in no direct contact with workpiece.

High Pressure Micro Jet Cleaning System

The High Pressure Micro Jet Cleaning System is a physical cleaning system.
The cleaning fluid is atomized into minuscule droplets upon spraying out of a nozzle after pressurizing it with a pump. Then, the minuscule droplets jet onto the workpiece at a high velocity.

The mechanism creates microscopic droplets with a micro-jet nozzle, achieves continuous high-speed and high-precision impact and detaches the microscopic particles.

Relationship between pressure and jet velocity

The HPMJ atomization system is a single fluid system that pressurizes ultrapure water and atomizes it by a special nozzle. Pressure can be raised to up to 20 MPa, and the jet velocity, which is considered to be a factor of cleaning power, can be adjusted considerably.

Our technology controls the particle size and velocity individually, creating the best coating conditions. This technology also can create better uniformity of atomization at a low pressure, which combined with a stable consecutive material supply system enables you to create various films in any thickness which you require, ranging from an ultra-thin film at the nano level to a few microns thick.

Precision Spray Coater

This coating system has a simple structure employing scanning system that does not rotate the glass substrate. We offer the best nozzle and material supply system to match the requested specification and the material used.

Nozzle

Capability:At a 1 μm film thickness setting, there is a ±2-3% margin of error.

Film Thickness:Support available for ultra-thin film at the nano level, thin film several tens of nanometers thick and film only a few microns thick.

Rotary Atomizing Spray Gun (NC Bell)

The down sized spray gun is suitable for coating in small-area. It can achieve various high precision coating by the small amount of discharging and very fine atomization

* The chemical proof is improved due to non-metallic fluid contacting like resin in addition to other features of the NC bell.

Rotary Atomizing Spray Gun (RAC)

The optimum coating conditions are achieved by controlling the particle size and jet velocity individually.
