Straight Pass Transfer Mechanism

SRH Series header's Straight-Pass Transfer design incorporates a discharge takeout feature which takes the finished blank directly from the second die to the discharge chute. This prevents mixing of bad parts with good ones, prevents scoring and oil contamination caused by dropped blanks and eliminates the high cost, noise, and mess of using an air blow off system at die ejection.
